When should I make a reservation?
To secure a slot, reserving 2–3 weeks before your desired date is advised, particularly for the busy months from May to September. For business functions or private events, booking 4–6 weeks prior ensures greater availability and sufficient time for any personalization.
What if the weather turns bad?
Our captain's first concern is safety. In case of unsafe weather conditions, we'll suggest a reschedule to the earliest possible date or issue a full refund. We keep an eye on the weather and will reach out to you if we foresee any problems 24 hours before your departure.
May I bring my own snacks and drinks?
You're welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks onboard. At the same time, we have premium catering services and can arrange menus based on your tastes. For safety considerations, glassware is prohibited on the yacht.

What's the policy for cancellations?
A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead of the departure. A 50% refund is given for cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable except in cases of adverse weather or mechanical issues on our part.
