We are at liberty to modify or cease services at will and our offerings are contingent upon availability and environmental conditions.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When booking a charter, you are required to:

  • Have achieved at least 18 years of age
  • Supply valid and comprehensive details
  • Remit a deposit as specified in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking gains confirmation only after we receive the corresponding payment and provide you with our written confirmation. We reserve the discretion to decline service to anyone.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is reliant on vessel availability and favorable weather. We strive to reconcile your preferred dates and times where possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All specified fees are quoted in € and incorporate all relevant taxes unless indicated otherwise. Fees are amendable without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total charter expense is payable when making a reservation
  • Balance: Required 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
  • Incidental expenses (if any): Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and authorized cheques. We manage payment processing via secure, encrypted connections.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • In excess of 72 hours before the departure: Complete reimbursement minus transaction fees
  • Between 24-72 hours prior to departure: Partial refund of 50%
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If the captain deems weather conditions to be hazardous, we propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to another available date with no extra charges
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical issues occur with the assigned vessel, we will endeavor to arrange an appropriate replacement. If no replacement is obtainable, we will offer a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to the instructions of the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear when required
  • Disclose any health conditions that could impact their security
  • Stay within allocated areas aboard the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Prohibition applies to the following items onboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Contraband substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excess consumption quantities of any beverage
  • Pets (unless approved beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are required to behave respectfully. We have the authority to discontinue a charter without a refund if a passenger's conduct poses a threat to safety or hinders the experience for others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is confined to the sum you have paid for the charter. We accept no responsibility for:

  • Personal harm due to passenger's own negligence
  • The loss or damage of personal items
  • Indirect, incidental or exemplary damages
  • Delays connected to extreme weather or other conditions beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance to secure our vessels and operations is in effect. It is the responsibility of each passenger to organize their personal and travel insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engagement in our charter services suggests you are aware of the intrinsic risks associated with maritime activities and accept the responsibility for your own safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to adjust itineraries, schedules, or routes owing to the considerations of safety, weather, or operational requirements. We will attempt to supply comparable alternatives when changes are made.

9. Force Majeure

Exemption from liability applies to us for delays, cancellations or service alterations resulting from events beyond our control, which include, but are not constrained to:

  • Extreme climatic conditions
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory mandates
  • Obstructions at ports
  • Vessel malfunction

10. Privacy and Data Protection
